ATTENTION: I found a cutie to reborn! Her name is Nischi and she is a manufactured artist baby sculpted by Jannie de Lange and reproduced by Paradise Galleries. I am always on the lookout for Asian babies to turn into Blasian babies. Why? Oh, because I have Blasian ancestry...and because...well, I just like Blasian babies, okay?? LOL

Nischi looks to be amazing quality for only $44.50! Paradise Galleries has really stepped up their game. I am impressed. So impressed that I am planning to order Nischi once I finish typing this blog entry. :-)

New Kit: Beau by Jannie de Lange

Baby Beau = perfectly adorable! Another must have kit from the talented Jannie de Lange and Real Effect. I have said it before and I will say it again: Jannie has been one of my favorite sculptors since 2002. Not only are her babies’ faces highly detailed and super realistic, but their limbs are as well. That earns a sculptor a lot of points in my book. :-) Please don't get me wrong, I have tons of respect for every sculptor out there, but the kits that catch my eye most have both realistic faces and limbs.

I can’t wait to get this kit! I love his chubby face! I have so many kits here that are begging for ethnic makeovers, but I love this one so much, I may bump him to the top of the list. *wink*



Updates on Shyann coming soon. I finished her base layers and her creases. Yippee!

Kelly Ann by Romie Strydom...

...and Luna by Jannie de Lange (reborned by Helen Jalland)

Yep, you guessed it. I need both of them! Luna de Lange is begging to be reborned into a little boy dressed in Baby Gap, and Kelly Ann is my favorite type of kit...a sleeping baby girl with full lips.

I do *not* want to like any of the new kits. I still have my eye on several older kits that I have not yet had a chance to reborn. Barry, Noelle, Michelle, Angelina, Shyann, Kaelyn, Joyful Heart, Sugar, Elijah, Arianna, and Valentina are all waiting for makeovers. Not to mention my pre-ordered kits like Ava Raine and Trinity.

When will I have time to reborn them all? Well, you know what they say-- where there is a will, there is a way. *wink* I predict lots of painting and rooting in my future.

By the way, my Lotus is coming along great! I completed her buttery-tan base layers today. She sooooo cute! Yes, I am bragging. lol I will share pics of Lotus soon.
